Commanderie de Peyrassol is an idyllic 2450-acre property between Cannes and Marseille, 10 miles from the Mediterranean Sea. Current owner Philippe Austury has revitalized the winery that's been around for almost a millennium, where he makes a full range of classic Provencal white, red, and rosé from 233 acres of organic vineyards. Les Templiers Rosé 2024 is a blend of steel-vinified Grenache (40%), Cinsault, Syrah, and Rolle (Vermentino), showing delectable notes of watermelon, white peach, blossoms, apricot, and cherry.
