| Q. When are you open/where are you located? |

| A. All of the business's information is located under the "About Us" tab on the website's homepage. Our normal operating hours are 10am-8pm Monday-Saturday and 12pm-5pm on Sundays. We are located in Bronxville N.Y. directly across from New York Presbyterian Lawrence Hospital on Palmer Ave. and a 2 minute walk from the Bronxville Metro North train station on the Harlem Line. |
| Q. Do you deliver? |

| A. We currently offer free, local delivery to the immediate area surrounding our store's location in Bronxville, N.Y. with a $50 minimum purchase. If you wish to set up a delivery, please give us as much notice as you can so we can confirm availability of the product and coordinate getting it out to you. In accordance with New York State Law, the individual receiving the delivery must be present and be 21 yrs of age prepared to present photo identification upon time of delivery. |
| Q. What products/types of wine and spirits do you have in stock? |

| A. We offer a curated selection of wines and spirits from all of the major wine growing regions. |
| Q. What if I don't see what I'm looking for on your website? |

| A. If you can't find a specific item, you can submit a request through the "Request Item" tab on our Homepage. You can also call our store during business hours (info under "About Us" tab) and we will do our best to track down what you are looking for. |
| Q. Do you offer any discounts or special pricing? |

| A. We currently offer a 10% discount on purchases of 12 bottles (a case) of wine or more. |
| Q. Do you do tastings on wine or spirits? |
|
| A. We try to schedule several in-store tastings a month with the information provided under the "Events" tab on the Homepage of our website. The tastings are informal, free and welcome to all persons of legal drinking age. It is a great way to try new wines and spirits! |
| Q. Do you carry natural wine? |
|
| A. Yes, we have a balanced selection of natural wine both from old school winemakers and the new garde. In store, the wines certified organic and Biodynamic are marked with a green dot. |
