Agrapart 7 Crus Extra Brut is a blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir from estate-owned plots located in each of the seven villages in Côte des Blancs: Avize, Oger, Oiry, Cramant, Avenay Val d'Or, Bergères les Vertus, and Mardeuil. To make just over 4,000 cases, fourth-generation winemakers Pascal and Fabrice Agrapart blend mature wines aged in 600-liter casks and steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged further on the lees for at least two years. Dry with intense minerality, depth, and notes of green apples, jasmine, lemon, and peach tart. The dosage is 7 grams/liter.
