Romain Petiteau is a young winemaker working at his family's 17th-century estate in Loire's Muscadet region. The 51 acres of vineyards have been certified organic since 2021, leaving Romain with plenty of natural raw material for experimentation. Petit O Nirik is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir vinified according to the ancestral method relying on wild yeast spontaneous fermentations and no fining or filtration of additives. This earthy, crisp, and complex bubbly is loaded with acid, minerals, and fruit. Think of it as Champagne's ancestor. No added sulfites!!
