This exciting Nouveau is the product of Cru Villages across 20 acres in Morgon, Chiroubles, Fleurie, and Regnie. To preserve this terroir, whole-cluster fruit from Karim Vionnet's pesticide/herbicide-free bush vines is vinified in stainless steel with wild yeasts; the final wine is left unfined & unfiltered and bottled with minimal sulfites. This is a high-acid, bright wine with notes of blackberry candy, Ribena, licorice, and tea.
