Reserva Bin No. 27 is made from a blend of older wines and then aged another four years in large wooden vats. Although technically classified as a Ruby Reserve, Bin No. 27 combines Ruby port freshness, Tawny depth, and Vintage port structure for a nice balance of dense purple fruit, cocoa, and earthy spice notes over balancing tannin and acidity. Ready to drink now, without the hassle of sediment, for up to two weeks after opening. Excellent on its own or with blue cheeses, walnuts, smoked meat, and dark chocolate.
