Chateau-Fuisse is made by the Vincent family on a property dating back to 1604, so it's no wonder this classic label has become synonymous with Poully-Fuisse. It's been on store shelves for so long that Chateau Fuisse taught us how to pronounce the wine and was often the first Burgundy so many novices have tried in years past. Even with all the newcomers, this 100-acre domaine is still relevant and vital today with one of the first Premier Crus in the Mâconnais, Les Brûlés. Translated as burnt slopes, Les Brûlés is a big, new-oak-aged Chardonnay that will continue developing its butterscotch, honey, lemon curd, nutty, stone fruit flavors through the decade's end.
