The 2016 Extra Brut is 66% Grand Cru Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims & 35% Grand Gru Côte des Blancs Chardonnay vinified in tanks (75%) and oak with partial malo. Total sugar is 2.5 g/l. Super dry, minerally, and precise with notes of pineapple foam, plum crepes, cherries, stone fruit, and panettone. A hint of blush-pink in the glass. Great with fish or foie gras.
