Ca' Furlan was among the first to introduce a rosé version of Prosecco after DOC rules allowed its production a few years ago. It is mostly Glera and a small amount of Pinot Noir for a dry, balanced, and lightly juicy Prosecco with notes of creamy white peach, green apple, orchard blossom, and lemon zest on the finish.
