Established by Chris and Annie Camarda in the late 1980s, Andrew Will is one of Washington state's finest wineries, and it introduced the world to the merit of Washington Bordeaux blends. Single vineyard wines like Ciel du Cheval and Champoux are legendary and expensive, but Involuntary Commitment delivers a reasonably-priced Bordeaux blend of declassified Cabernet Franc (55%), Merlot (26%), and Cabernet Sauvignon. It's a classic Northwest red with plenty of currants, cassis, dark plums, oak, forest floor, and tobacco. Pair with a skirt steak, tacos, brisket, and burgers.
