The Hayman family is the oldest gin-producing family in London, dating to 1863. Hayman’s uses three small copper-pot stills; 24-hour maceration of botanicals, for extra concentration; and 10 classic botanicals.
It has a consistent balance of juniper, coriander, lemon and orange peel which is vital in creating this traditional style. Orris root, cinnamon, cassia bark and nutmeg give the dry characteristics and add to the depth
of flavor.
