The Hayman family has been in the gin business since 1863, producing classic English gins such as London Dry, Old Tom, Navy Strength, and Sloe Gin. Probably most well-known as an ingredient in the Sloe Gin Fizz cocktail, this gin liqueur is made with the sloe berry, a plum-like fruit from the blackthorn tree.
