Crafted at the last remaining distillery on the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia (300 miles north of Venezuela), Chairman's Reserve is 100% molasses-based rum fermented with native yeast in open concrete tanks before aging in bourbon barrels. This spiced rum is steeped with a local bark Bois Bandé and all-natural cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, vanilla, allspice, lemon & orange peels to produce a scented, rich, yet subtle rum that will not overpower the palate. Served neat, Chairman's exhibits sweet spice aromas, citrus, and a firm tannic grip for structure. It's also great in cocktails and desserts.
