Hailing from Barbados and made from a variety of sourced sugarcane, Bumbu is a sweeter, ultra-smooth rum partially made with indigenous yeast and local water. It's not exactly a liqueur, but this dark rum delivers lots of vanilla, Bananas Foster, caramel, and baking spices. The bottle is nifty too. Try it neat, in Tiki drinks, or dessert recipes. 70 proof.
