Batavia Arrack from Indonesia is a historic spirit made from sugarcane juice and fermented red rice and was an essential ingredient in 17th-19th century Punch recipes containing newly imported exotic spices, citrus, and sugar. This 100-proof Arrack has notes of Asian herbs, fresh wasabi, overripe tropical fruit, dried flowers, and Lapsang Souchong tea.
