Das Roxy is made by brothers Peter & Michael Ebert on a big sustainable farm in the Nahe region of Germany (southwest of Frankfurt). It's a blend of one of Germany's most popular red grapes, Dornfelder, and a newer hearty hybrid variety called Regent. Both varietals are hand-picked and destemmed, which yields a smooth, juicy, medium-bodied, currant/raspberry sipper that demands to be consumed by the liter. Fermented in stainless steel, unfined and unfiltered, and bottled with minimal sulfites. Vegan. Chill lightly and pair with just about anything off the grill or out of the fridge. Also great for parties.
