Thomas-Labaille's L'Authentique is a multi-parcel blend of old vines planted in Chavignol, a small village known for its goat cheese, Sauvignon Blanc, and Kimmeridgian limestone soils. The fruit is hand-harvested, fermented with native years, and aged in steel tanks on the lees for six months, producing a classic Sancerre with loads of flint, mineral, stones, citrus, and a hint of herbs and gooseberry on a medium-bodied finish. Pair with seafood, green herbs, veggies, and goat cheese.
