Sancerre is prized for Sauvignon Blanc, not because there is a single correct style, but because of the variety of Sauvignon expressions among producers. 'Les Coûtes' is made with fruit from a 50-year-old hilltop plot, which provides dense, vinous, mineral-laden wine with enormous complexity to the palate of lemon, apple, chalk, and saline notes. Les Coûtes is steel-fermented & aged, and bottled unfiltered. We also carry Reverdy Sancerre Rose.
