La Boutanche is a collective of French, German, and American winemakers participating in a program to make natural wines affordable and accessible to everyone. This version comes straight out of southern France. Martin Texier uses 100% organic Cinsault from Domaine Puech Redon to produce liters of fresh summer red with dark aromatic fruit, light tannins, zippy acidity, and no added sulfites. Chill and enjoy with grilled meats, appetizers, Mediterranean fare, and picnic favorites.
