The Plouzeau family has owned and operated Castle/Domaine Bonnelière since 1976. Marc has taken over for his father and currently oversees organic farming on nearly 80 acres of the Left Bank of Chinon, where Cabernet Franc reigns supreme. We have Plouzeau's Chinon Rouge, Touraine Sauvignon Blanc, and this dry, delicious, berry, spiked, peachy rosé – priced too reasonably for wine this good. Drink alone or pair with light summer fare.
