For those adventurous souls, Trousseau Gris is a mystery that can only be unraveled by tasting again, again, and again. Technically, it's a dry white wine while not being either. Made with 100% organic Trousseau Gris from Sonoma's Fanucchi-Wood Road Vineyard, Jolie-Laide is sort of orange, sort of pink, light but dense, slightly off-dry but mineral-laden and acid-driven, savory yet aromatic with ripe summer fruit, and super complex but so easy to gulp. You'll have to figure it out yourself. An excellent wine for fans of Muscat, Riesling, Gewurz, Kerner, and Viognier.
