Mark LaGasse's Holloran Vineyard Wines are small-production, minimally processed, unfined & unfiltered, and aged in French oak. This Pinot shows the elegant, nuanced side of Dundee Hills' old-vine parcels with a certain Burgundian lightness while preserving Willamette's intensity. Cherries, cherries, cherries, with hints of earth, burnt orange, spice, and mint. This wine screams for duck breast.
