Gulp/Hablo might resemble an artisanal orange soda, but it's an easy-drinking skin-contact wine made of a 50/50 blend of Verdejo & Sauvignon Blanc vinified in clay & oak with indigenous yeast and spontaneous fermentation. It's an absolutely delicious, unfiltered/unfined Biodynamic "orange" wine that's low on the funk factor. Medium-bodied, fruity, yet dry with ripe apples, apricots, tangerines, ripe melons, and a smidgen of earthiness. Pair with salads, fried foods, sandwiches, and Asian fare. Vegan and low sulfur.
