Lignier Passetoutgrain (pahss-too-grah) is steel-fermented, separately-vinified Pinot Noir (about 66%, all sourced from Morey-Saint-Denis) and Gamay, which is bottled unfined/unfiltered to show Burgundian intricacy complemented by silky-slurpy freshness of juicy Beaujolais.
