Sourced from three St. Helena vineyards, Sunbasket, Grech, and Hayne, this 100% practicing organic Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented in steel tanks and aged 20 months in oak (50% new). 2020 is fuller-bodied yet defined with notes of sandalwood, earth, anise, currants, blackberries, and tobacco. It finishes with limber tannins against high acidity and stony minerals. Cellar for another few years and enjoy through 2040. Decant and serve with your favorite steak or roast.
