Channing Daughters has done revolutionary work through the creative partnership of the Channing & Perrine families and winemaker James Christopher Tracy. Tracy uses a remarkable array of varietals from Italy, France, and Germany to make a slew of red, white, orange, and rosé wines. Every vintage yields a new selection of rosé called Molti Rosati: Sculpture Garden is one of seven pink wines you should try at Channing Daughters' tasting room in Bridgehampton. Their 2022 is a co-fermented blend of whole cluster-pressed Merlot (91%), Blaufrankisch (3%), and Teroldego(6%) aged and fermented in steel. Fuller-bodied, deeply colored, and rich with notes of red and black berries, blue flowers, herbs, and excellent acidity. Pair with grilled local oily fish or steaks. Just 228 cases were made.
