Cuvée Elisabeth Rosé is an homage to Elisabeth Salmon, co-founder of the House. 2012 blends Pinot Noir (45%) from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, plus Côte des Blancs Chard, both from Grand Cru vineyard (85%). Vinification is mostly in steel and 3% in wood with partial malo. 4% g/l total sugar. Notes of fruit cake, cedar, blackberries, violets, blood orange, gooseberries, and blueberries.
