It is a cuvee of super-premium Zinfandel belnded with Carignane, Petite Sirah, Mourvedre, Alicante Bouchet, Grenache, Syrah, Barbera, and some white grapes for perfume and lift. Native yeast fermentation, not-too-ripe fruit, and judicious oak yield a wine with balance, power, and complexity. Delicious and easy to drink, Shebang is the new breed of Cali table wine that pairs well with burgers, picnic foods, chili, and grilled meats.
