Most Vermouth is made for mixing cocktails, but Vergano is really meant for drinking on the rocks with a citrus twist. It's that good! Crafted in Torino with sulfite-free organic Muscat and Cortese based wines, Vergano is then flavored with all-natural wormwood, bitter orange, gentian flowers, thyme, oregano, marjoram, basil, and lemon zest. Because of the higher proportion of wine, this Bianco has a refreshingly low proof of 16% ABV. Just 30-55 cases are made every year. Grab a bottle and serve chilled as an aperitif.
