Simon Huber came to Indiana from Baden Baden, Germany, in 1843, but the distilling legacy began with the addition of a German 80-gallon pot still in 2000. The fruit farm turned into Starlight Distillery with fruit brandies and evolved into a bourbon distillery by 2013. We carry several Starlight products, including Applejack, Rye, Bourbon, and this fantastic Blackberry Whiskey. Before you get flashbacks of your last cough-syrupy liqueur, Starlight Blackberry is pure estate whiskey and bourbon with real sun-ripened blackberries for natural flavor and color.
