What's the difference between London Dry and American Dry gin? English gins are generally more juniper-dominant, with that distinct pine flavor being more apparent than anything else. American Dry gin has no official style but often highlights other aromatics like flowers, herbs, spices, and citrus. Greenhook is in the middle with plenty of juniper in addition to cinnamon, chamomile, coriander, elderberry, elderflower, galangal, orris root, lemon peel, and orange peel steeped in organic wheat spirit. Distilled by Steven DeAngelo in Greenpoint Brooklyn since 2012. 94 proof.
