Carpano has been in the vermouth business for a long time, and it was one of the first brands mixologists started to use during the cocktail renaissance at the turn of the 21st century. A junior to Carpano's famous "Antica Formula 1786," Punta e Mes is drier and more bitter while sharing the same base of fifteen herbs and quinine for a refreshingly bracing edge against mild sweetness, dried fruit, cola, orange marmalade, and spice. Like any other fortified wine, vermouth is a perfect drink before or after a meal. 16% ABV.
