Sartarelli "Tralivio" Classico Superiore is a serious wine made with carefully selected old-vine Verdicchio grown in the historic heart of the Castelli di Jesi. Ideally suited to the Adriatic Sea's fishy abundance, Sartarelli densely packs Tralivio with citrus fruit, linden flowers, dried apricots, and bitter almonds, making it the perfect accompaniment with crudo, sushi, and ceviche. The extra notch of alcohol at 14% also allows this Verdicchio to stand up to heavier rice and pasta dishes featuring mushrooms, cheese, and white protein. And it comes in a groovy tall bottle.
