Let's start by saying that 85% of Naveran's production is sold next door in France. That's quite a testament to the quality and flavor of Naveran, but it's no accident that the French have sniffed out such a great deal. Naveran makes Champagne-method sparklers using estate Xarel-lo, Parellada, and Macabeo, which age on the lees for over a year. After disgorgement, this full, creamy Brut Reserva exhibits citrus, apples, flowers, minerals, and bread notes. Pair with fried fish and chicken, seafood, Sushi, and quiche. Vegan.
