In 1971, Véronique & Aimé Guibert took over Mas (farmhouse) de Daumas Gassac, a bucolic property once owned by the Daumas family in the Gassac River valley. The first vineyards were planted by Saint Benedict of Aniane 1243 years ago, so there's more than enough tradition behind the Moulin de Gassac label. Guilhem Rosé is a lively blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan, grown int the Languedoc region of IGP Pays d'Hérault. Fresh, dry, and bright with notes of roses, strawberries, and currants. This is the perfect cocktail party rosé that drinks well with food or alone.
