The Matthiassons work extra hard to make Chardonnay with just the right amount of fleshiness and ripeness to balance bright acidity and structure. All the fruit comes from the Linda Vista Vineyard in Napa Valley and is harvested over the course of several passes for the best grapes. This Chardonnay is whole-cluster pressed, then fermented & aged in neutral French oak for notes of ripe apples, peaches, melon, minerals, and lemony acids. Pair with seafood, chicken salad, or grilled pork chops.
