Implicit Tinto is 20% Touriga Nacional, 25% Alicante Bouschet, 34% Aragonez, 16% Trincadeira, and 5% Prensas from the interior of central Portugal, close to the border of Spain. Familia Rosa Santos vinifies in steel and ages partially in French oak barrels (15%) for a juicy, opaque, spicy, full-bodied Tinto with lots of dark fruit, mellow tannins, and bright acids. If you like Merlot, Malbec, southern French, or Italian wines, try Implicit with your next pizza, taco, or burger night. 14.5% ABV.
