Camp is a beautiful expression of Sonoma County. It features certified organic Cabernet Sauvignon from Redwood Valley, Hopland, Dry Creek, and Sonoma Valley, plus a little Merlot from Hopland and Sonoma Valley. All lots from various single vineyards were fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts and aged in neutral French oak barrels for about one year. So, this is a softer, more elegant, medium-bodied style than the usual Cali Cab. Expect lots of bramble berries and spice on a drier finish.
