The bland label hides serious Biodynamic juice made by the Parra brothers and winemaker Juan Antonio Ponce who also works on Gulp/Hablo. While the grape is more common in Rueda (western Spain), this Verdejo is from Castilla La Mancha in central Spain. Fruit grown in the sunny, warm terroir of Las Mesas is destemmed and steel-vinified for a medium-bodied, ripe, crisp white with key lime, kumquat, apples, pine, and sage notes. Pair with grilled veggies, fish, and chicken salad with dill. 11.5% ABV.
