A new grain-to-bottle distillery in Kentucky is not commonplace, so it takes a real visionary like Ken Lewis to start such a venture. New Riff uses non-GMO grains, mineral-rich water from their own spring, slow and open fermentation, copper stills, and long aging to achieve perfect bourbons. "Bottled in Bond" guarantees the whiskey is unblended and from a single distillery, produced in a single season, aged for at least four years in bonded warehouses, and is at least 100 proof. This bourbon expresses pie spices, vanilla, caramel, and peppercorns. Made with a mash bill of 65% Corn, 30% Rye, and 5% Malted Barley. Non-chill filtered. 100 proof.
