Good vodka is a by-product of Colombian coffee production. There are millions of tons of discarded cascara fruit once the coffee beans are separated from the cherries, so the guys behind Liquorworks decided to pay small coffee farmers for fruit that would otherwise clog rivers. Even after the base ingredients are shipped to the Finger Lakes, NY, for distillation, Good Vodka is a carbon-negative product. Not to be confused with coffee-flavored vodka, Good tastes more like dark berry fruit, spice, cocoa, and earth. 80 proof.
