Most of us only think of dry vermouth when adding a drop or two to a super dry Martini. It's also an occasional cooking ingredient that costs less than $10 for a big bottle that usually stays in the cupboard for a year before you remember owning it. Sometimes, it came with the house! But Dolin is not that type of vermouth. Made from thirty herbs grown in the mountainous region of Savoie (bordering Italy), Dolin is light, clean, crisp, dry, complex, and can be mixed in cocktails, used in sauces, or enjoyed cold with goat cheese, shellfish, and herbed dishes. 17.5% ABV.
